This vibrant mixed media work presents four vivid red poppies rising against a striking split background of electric turquoise blue and sunshine yellow. The composition bursts with visual energy, layering acrylic paint with collaged ephemera including vintage postage stamps, sheet music notation, handwritten text fragments, recipes, and stenciled numerals. The poppies are rendered with confident, expressive outlines and rich vermillion petals anchored by deep purple-black centers, creating a bold botanical focal point that commands immediate attention.
