This richly layered mixed media collage weaves together organic natural imagery with found ephemera in a harmonious and whimsical composition. A golden great blue heron stands elegantly amid crossing pussy willow branches in the warm amber-washed left panel, while delicate ink-drawn dragonflies hover in the cool sky-blue right section. The artist masterfully juxtaposes warm ochre and golden washes with soft cerulean blues, creating a natural sense of seasonal transition — likely early spring.
