This vibrant mixed media collage presents a dynamic composition centered on tall, slender grama grasses with vivid red-tipped seed heads erupting outward. The work masterfully divides the background into two contrasting halves: the left side features vintage sheet music layered over a soft aqua-blue wash, while the right side blazes with intense cadmium yellow, incorporating fragments of old road maps and a postage stamp. The interplay of these found materials creates a rich, textured surface that speaks to journeys both literal and metaphorical.
